DTH-Serie Gas-Hydraulic Complex

Efficient energy absorption

 

The DAMPTAC LPG buffer DTH series adopts Germany's leading LPG buffer technology, which absorbs impact energy through the synergistic interaction of hydraulic oil and nitrogen at impact. When buffering, hydraulic oil flows through the opening to generate viscous damping force, which converts most of the impact energy into heat energy for dissipation, and a small part of the nitrogen in the nitrogen chamber is compressed and converted into a potential energy storage of the buffer. When the load is removed, it compresses the nitrogen expansion, releases potential energy, overcomes the return damping to do work, and converts the potential energy into heat energy for dissipation. This series has compact size and large capacity. Compared with the same size and stroke of outer diameter, the DTH series has the highest energy absorption. DTH series provides customized products tailored to customers' actual application needs to achieve the most ideal energy absorption effect. The DTH series has a stroke of up to 1000 mm and an energy absorption of up to 720 kJ. Widely used in aircraft landing gear, railway transportation, port machinery, cranes and other industries.

DTH series are customized products, where customers need to specify detailed application parameters. Through professional calculation and precise design, we provide customers with the most suitable products to achieve the most ideal damping effect.

The design meets OSHA, AISE, CMMA standards as well as DIN, FEM and other safety regulations.

With the same cylinder diameter and stroke, the absorbed energy of DTH products can be more than twice that of other products.

The outer cylinder body is sprayed with special anti-corrosion epoxy resin and the piston rod is coated with hard chrome. Therefore, DTH products can be used in environments with high corrosion, such as outdoors or at sea.

Wider temperature range, standard model (-10 ℃ ~ + 80 ℃), special model (-40 ℃ ~ + 120 ℃)

! Note: Because DTH uses high pressure nitrogen to push the piston rod to reset, the maximum reaction force and maximum recoil of DTH series are much larger than other series.

 

Special requirements

Special oil, special flange, additional corrosion protection, etc. The integrated piston rod sensor indicates the full extension of the piston rod. Enter Normally Closed or Normally Open and select the PNPOder NPN switch.
